Our ADSL broadband products are available in a choice of Business and Family packages. Business packages meet specific business requirements such as traffic prioritisation during the working week and higher allowance options than our Family packages. Our packages offer free usage at the weekends and at selected times during the week and generous allowances to meets the demands of even the heaviest users.
Our family packages range from 1Gb right up to 120Gb and our business packages start at 15Gb going all the way to 180Gb.
All packages are backed up with true 24/7 UK based local rate technical support, it’s free to migrate to us and there’s a range of payment options.

All our broadband services are provided through our partner organisation, Entanet. Entanet provide all technical and billing support, and payments are made directly to Entanet via their eBilling portal.
WBC based ADSL2+ connections provide an uncapped upload speed but customers may expect to see up to 1Mbps. Download speeds are up to 24Mbps. MAX based connections provide upload speeds of up to 448Kbps and download speeds of up to 8Mbps. MAX Premium based connections provide upload speeds of up to 832Kbps and download speeds of up to 8Mbps. MAX and MAX Premium based connections are provided to customers connected to exchanges that have not yet been enabled to support WBC.
Upon consumption of the customer’s monthly allowance and all remaining top-up, the connection will be rate limited to 128Kbps with an additional 1GB. Upon consumption of the additional 1GB the connection will be blocked until the customer purchases a top-up or reaches their next billing period start date.
